I started writing these books after I noticed how scattered my attention had become and how restless my thoughts felt. The more media I consumed, the more anxious I became. I could feel my focus slipping, and with it, my peace of mind.
The journey back to clarity has not been easy. Training my mind to slow down, choosing what I allow in, and protecting my energy has taken intention and discipline. I am not a doctor or a therapist. I am simply someone who decided to take responsibility for her attention and her inner world.
In 2026, many people are feeling the same pressure. Job instability, nonstop news cycles, and constant digital noise leave us overwhelmed and on edge. I began to see that I was not alone in this struggle.
My books reflect my personal journey. They explore how easily the world can pull us in different directions and what it takes to regain control. My hope is that by sharing what I have learned, others who are going through the same experience can find clarity, steadiness, and strength.
